Lin Tucci (born Linda Petrucci, February 8, 1960) is an American actress known for her role as Henrietta 'Mama' Bazoom in the 1995 film 'Showgirls'. Born in Rhode Island, she developed an interest in acting during high school and later attended Community College of Rhode Island and Boston Conservatory of Music, where she earned a fine arts degree in theater. After moving to New York to pursue acting, Tucci appeared in various theater productions and films before landing her notable role in 'Showgirls'. More recently, she has played Anita DeMarco in the Netflix series 'Orange Is the New Black' since 2013.
