Olivia Colman (born Sarah Caroline Sinclair, 1974) is an English actress known for her comedic and dramatic roles in film and television. She won the Academy Award for Best Actress for 'The Favourite' (2018), portraying Anne, Queen of Great Britain. Colman also starred in 'Broadchurch' (2013-2017) as DS Ellie Miller, for which she received a BAFTA award. She played Queen Elizabeth II in Netflix's 'The Crown' (2019-2020). Other notable works include 'Hot Fuzz' (2007), 'Tyrannosaur' (2011), and 'Fleabag' (2016-2019). She was part of the mockumentary 'Confetti' in 2006.
