Lily Cade was born on January 25, 1985, in Los Angeles, California. She initially grew up in California but spent a brief period living on a farm in Kentucky. Before entering the entertainment industry, she attended the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) for two years and subsequently graduated from the USC School of Cinematic Arts.
Primarily recognized for her extensive career in the adult film industry as a performer and director, she has also made appearances in mainstream independent projects. In 2015, she played the role of a "Tri Beta Streaker" in the horror-comedy Dude Bro Party Massacre III. Since September 1, 2008, she has been married to her college sweetheart, Sten Cade. While her professional name is widely used, publicly available biographical records consistently list her under the name Lily Cade.
