Dominique Lavanant, born on May 24, 1944, is a renowned French actress known for her comedic roles and distinctive portrayal of BCBG characters. She rose to prominence in the mid-1970s as part of Le Splendid troupe during the filming of 'Les bronzés'. Lavanant's notable works include 'Papy fait de la résistance', 'La boum', 'Trois hommes et un couffin', and 'Les bronzés font du ski'. She won Best Supporting Actress at the Césars for her role in 'Agent trouble' (1988). From 2002 to 2011, she starred in the French TV series 'Sœur Thérèse.com'.
