Dina Spybey-Waters, born Dina Spybey on August 29, 1965 in Columbus, Ohio, is an American actress known for her role as Tracy Montrose Blair in 'Six Feet Under'. She has appeared in over 20 films including 'Striptease', 'John Q.', and 'The Haunted Mansion'. Post-2000, she adopted the surname Waters after marrying director Mark Waters. Spybey-Waters attended schools in Columbus, Ohio, before studying at The Ohio State University.
