Career Highlights:
"Barbara Scott, born Barbro Klingered in Stockholm, had a notable career despite its brevity. With fewer than a dozen film credits before her passing in December 1995, she was known for using various stage names. Early in her career, as Barbara Klingergarten, she appeared in films like 'Le 10 meraviglie dell'amore' (1969), 'The Naked Wytche' (1970), 'Secret Life of a Schoolgirl Wife' (1971), and 'Soft Shoulders, Sharp Curves' (1972). Later, she was billed as Irena Billing in 'Breaking Point' (1975) and Maud Hagberg in 'Swedish Confessions' (1977), before settling on Barbara Scott for the adult film 'Kärleksdrömmar' (1985). However, none of these names appear in Stanley Kubrick's renowned dystopian film 'A Clockwork Orange' (1971), which earned four Oscar nominations and seven BAFTA nods. The controversial classic won Best Film and Best Director at the New York Film Critics Circle awards. Though uncredited, Scott made a significant appearance as the second nude woman in Malcolm McDowell's infamous ménage-à-trois scene with Gillian Hills, set to Gioachino Rossini's 'William Tell Overture' played on Moog."
