Banafshe Hourmazdi, known for her role in 'Loving Her' series (2021), is a trained actress who studied at the Academy of Performing Arts Baden-Württemberg and Zurich University of the Arts. She has acted and developed plays at various prestigious theaters such as Ballhaus Naunynstraße Berlin, Münchner Kammerspiele, Theater Oberhausen, Ruhrtriennale, and Sophiensaele Berlin. Hourmazdi won awards for her acting, including the Newcomer Prize by the City of Vienna in 2015 for 'Meine Nase läuft' at Drachengasse Theater, and the Götz George Young Talent Award at the 2019 First Steps Awards for her ensemble role in 'Futur Drei'. Her character in 'Loving Her', Hanna, reflects on past relationships and experiences that shaped her.
