Full Biography
Ana Torrent Bertrán de Lis, born on July 12, 1966 in Madrid, Spain, began her acting career at age seven with a leading role as 'Ana' in Víctor Erice's film 'El espíritu de la colmena'. She then played the younger version of the lead character in Carlos Saura's 'Cría cuervos'. In 1989, she appeared alongside Sharon Stone in 'Blood and Sand'. Torrent gained critical acclaim for her roles in 'Tesis' (1996) and 'Yoyes' (1999), and portrayed Catherine of Aragon in 'The Other Boleyn Girl' (2008).
