Brooke Shields is an American actress and model who gained international recognition as a child star in the late 1970s. Her early career was marked by controversial roles in films like "Pretty Baby" (1978) and "The Blue Lagoon" (1980), as well as prominent modeling campaigns for brands like Calvin Klein.

In 'The Blue Lagoon', two children, Richard and Emmeline, survive a shipwreck along with a ship's cook named Paddy Button. They find themselves stranded on an uncharted tropical island.
