Paul and Agnes have been in a relationship for some time when Paul decides he wants to live with two roommates on campus instead of moving in with her. This decision sparks jealousy in Agnes, who becomes even more upset when she meets one of Paul's new roommates, Louis-Anault, a handsome young man whom Paul is attracted to without realizing it himself.
