She gained international recognition with her role in Yorgos Zois' 'INTERRUPTION', which premiered at the Venice Film Festival in 2015. In 2016, she starred as gang member Ioanna in Constantine Giannaris' film 'To xypnima tis anoixis (Spring Awakening)'. Patakia was selected as one of Europe's most promising talents and participated in the Berlin Film Festival's European Shooting Stars program.
