Nathalie "Natacha" Régnier (born 11 April 1974) is a Belgian actress. She received a Cannes Film Festival Award, a European Film Award, and a César Award for her role in the 1998 film The Dreamlife of Angels. Régnier is the first Belgian actress to win a César Award.

Geschichte
La vie rêvée des anges follows two young women, Isa and Marie, who become friends in Lille, France. They live together in a flat belonging to a woman and her child, both of whom are in comas following a car accident. Isa is outgoing and optimistic, dreaming of moving south, while Marie is detached and often angry. While Isa begins visiting the child and reading to her at the hospital, Marie becomes infatuated with a wealthy young man she meets. Initially keeping him at bay, Marie eventually pursues him, leading to a deterioration in their friendship when Isa tries to warn Marie about his true intentions. After losing the flat they were living in, the film explores how the women handle their situations and where they will go next.
