Genevieve O'Reilly is an Irish actress known for her versatility, having earned recognition for her performances across stage and screen. Most recently, Genevieve reprised her groundbreaking and legacy role of 'Mon Mothma' in the second and final season of Andor (2022), the Star Wars series on Disney+ described in 2025 by Vanity Fair as "the best television of the year so far."

In the small Australian town of Yoorana, Police Sergeant Victor Brown responds to a call at the local cemetery one night and discovers six people have inexplicably risen from their graves in perfect health and with no signs of decomposition. The returned individuals include footballer Charlie Buckton, farmer Paddy Draper, pensioner Cheryl 'Chook' Charles, teenage girl Louise Simms, pensioner Marie Schreiber, and pregnant woman Kate Willis. Local doctor Elishia 'Eli' Glass is called to examine them, confirming their remarkable condition. Brown and Glass team up to investigate the phenomenon while trying to keep it a secret from the townspeople.
