Angelique Pettyjohn (born Dorothy Lee Perrins; March 11, 1943 – February 14, 1992) was an American actress and burlesque queen. Born in Los Angeles, California, she grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah. Her acting career began in the late 1960s under the name Angelique, with notable roles including Shahna in 'Star Trek: The Original Series', Cherry in 'Hell's Belles', and a stripping nun in 'Good-bye, Cruel World'. She also appeared in cult classics like 'The Lost Empire' and 'Repo Man'. During the 1970s, Pettyjohn worked as a burlesque star in Las Vegas. She died of cervical cancer at age 48 on February 14, 1992.

Story

Junie Moon, disfigured by burns, her face obscured behind a veil, leaves a hospital with her friends: Warren, a paraplegic homosexual, and Arthur, an introvert epileptic.
