Kate Hardie (born Kate Louise Oddie on April 26, 1969 in the UK) is an actress and writer known for films like 'Mona Lisa' (1986), 'The Krays' (1990), and 'Cry Freedom' (1987). She is the daughter of comedian and wildlife presenter Bill Oddie. Hardie was previously married to fashion photographer Rankin, with whom she has a child. In 2023, she published her first novel, 'This Is Where We Live', and announced her retirement from acting.
