Giorgia Surina was born on the 8th March 1975. Her mother is Italian (from Puglia) and her father is Croatian. She studied in high school at PACLE (Perito Aziendale Corrispondente in lingue estere), while also taking dancing and swimming classes. Went to the university of Milan, department of Communication Sciences. Then started modeling career with the CLAN agency. After several commercials, she lands on JTv. Started working for MTV Italy in 1998, hosting the programs "Hit List Italia" and "Select". Since 1999 she's hosting, along with fellow VJ Marco Maccarini, the Italian version of TRL. In 2001 she went to London to host "Select London", along with VJ Biggio.
