Raised in Lakeville, Minnesota, USA, she embraced her Persian heritage while adopting a more American persona under the pseudonym "Nikita Cash".
Cash's career began serendipitously in 1997 when pornographer Randy West offered her a contract after being captivated by her pole dancing skills at a strip club.
