Bibi Andersson (Berit Elisabet Andersson), born November 11, 1935, was a Swedish actress known for her collaborations with Ingmar Bergman. She debuted in 'Dum-Bom' in 1953 and later trained at the Royal Dramatic Theatre's acting school. After briefly dating Bergman, she followed him to Malmö city theatre, appearing in his films like 'Smiles of a Summer Night', 'Wild Strawberries', and 'The Seventh Seal'. Andersson also worked internationally, notably in 'I Never Promised You a Rose Garden' (1977), and supported cultural initiatives during the Yugoslav civil war.

Story

Laura, a woman living in Amsterdam, falls in love with Sylvia, a younger girl who moves into her apartment building. They begin an affair, but suddenly Sylvia runs off with Laura's ex-husband.
