Full Biography
Doria Achour was born on March 1, 1991, to artistic parents—a theater director father and playwright mother—in France. She grew up accompanying them to rehearsals and performances, preferring cinema over theater. At age nine, she debuted in 'Les femmes ou les enfants d'abord' (2001). After studying literature, obtaining a license in modern letters, and master's in cinema at the Sorbonne, Achour returned to acting, landing the lead role in 'La Fille publique' (2012). Her performance caught Sylvie Ohayon's attention, leading to her breakthrough role in 'Papa Was Not a Rolling Stone' (2014). She also starred in 'Tunis Blues' and directed the short film 'Laisse-moi finir' about post-revolution Tunisia.
