Full Biography

Sara Hjort Ditlevsen, born and raised in Denmark, is an acclaimed actress who gained recognition for her role as Katrin in 'Performances'. She was nominated for a Bodil Award in 2010 and won it in 2013 for her leading role in 'Excuse Me'. Born into a family with a school teacher mother and physicist father, Ditlevsen grew up with two sisters, Amalie and Lea. She lived in a commune until age 15 before moving to Berlin for a year post-high school, eventually settling in Vesterbro, Copenhagen.
