Story

Upon the death of her wealthy father Philip Broadhurst, his daughter Lucy inherits his fortune under the condition that she marries Mathurin, son of Marquis Pierre de l'Esperance, within six months. Accompanied by her aunt, Lucy travels to Mathurin's crumbling estate in France. Unbeknownst to her, the estate is located near a forest where centuries ago, a supernatural beast known as 'La Bête' roamed, driven by an insatiable lust for virginal girls. Soon after arriving, Lucy begins experiencing vivid, sensual visions of the beast. The film follows Lucy's experiences and explores whether there is any truth to the legend of La Bête.
