Faye Grant was born in St. Clair Shores, Michigan in 1957 and left home at 18 to hitchhike across Mexico, the U.S., and Canada. She moved to Los Angeles after living in Mexico City where she did Spanish commercials. Grant is known for her role as Rhonda on 'The Greatest American Hero' (1981) and Dr. Juliet Parrish in the mini-series 'V' (1983) and its sequel. She appeared in films like 'Crossing Delancey' (1988), 'The January Man' (1989), and 'Internal Affairs' (1990). Grant is married to actor Stephen Collins, and they have one child named Kate.

Story
Keen young Raymond Avila joins the Internal Affairs Department of the Los Angeles police. He and partner Amy Wallace begin investigating officer Dennis Peck after suspecting his financial holdings are shady. As they dig deeper, they uncover various dubious activities involving Peck, who proves to be devious, a womaniser, and a clever manipulator. Avila finds himself under scrutiny as Peck turns his attention towards him.
