In 'WTF', Rachel, who barely survived a brutal massacre three years ago, is invited to join her friends for Spring Break in a secluded cabin. Initially hesitant, she joins them despite her fears. Rachel's biggest fears are realized once again as seven friends face off against an unseen attacker who engages in flesh melting, castration, and other violent acts.
