The movie 'Vallanzasca - Gli angeli del male' chronicles the criminal career of Renato Vallanzasca (Kim Rossi Stuart) and his gang in Milan during the 1970s. Starting as juvenile delinquents, they progress to robbery and eventually murder. With their illegal activities come wealth and a high life. Renato falls for Consuelo, a woman he meets at the start of his criminal career, who stays with him through his arrests and escapes. The gang's killing of two policemen at Dalmine marks a turning point, leading to Vallanzasca's arrest. While imprisoned, Renato has the chance to settle old scores with Francis Turatello ('Faccia d'angelo'). After his escape from prison, Renato turns to Antonella, a childhood friend who has remained loyal to him throughout his life. Despite his attempts to start anew, Vallanzasca continues his criminal lifestyle as a fugitive.
