Geschichte
To celebrate their seven-year anniversary, Amsterdam-based couple Daan and Judith decide to spend a weekend on one of the rural Dutch islands. Unbeknownst to them, this particular island hosts an annual festival called 'Sunderum', during which non-islanders are forced to leave. When they refuse to depart, the local islanders grow hostile towards the young city-dwellers. As tensions escalate, Daan and Judith must not only confront the angry locals but also face their own personal demons.
