Luisa, a schoolteacher in Santiago, Chile, proposes sex education classes for her students, aiming to discuss sexual themes openly with their parents. She's involved in a complex love triangle between Valentín, her young artistic partner, and Jorge, an older successful writer who is married but separated from his wife Mónica. At a meeting with parents, Luisa ends up in a group with Jorge, Álvaro (a womanizer), Elena (Álvaro's pregnant wife), Emilio (a shy butcher), and Maca (Emilio's frigid wife).
