The film begins with young Luther witnessing men harassing and eventually killing a geek who bites off chicken's heads for their amusement. This event triggers something within Luther, as he likes the taste of blood after biting his lip during the commotion. Years later, Luther, now known as 'The Geek' or 'The Freak', has been convicted of multiple murders and sent to prison. After spending two decades behind bars, a parole board agrees to release him despite his violent past. A naive trainee on the board votes in favor of his release, leading to Luther's freedom. Soon after, Luther's psychosis takes over and he embarks on a killing spree using his new custom-made metal teeth, 'biting off' heads of his victims. The story primarily revolves around a farm where a mother and daughter live, with other key characters including the daughter's dim-witted boyfriend and an incompetent local law officer.
