Geschichte
Yuri Orlov (Nicolas Cage) is an arms dealer who travels the globe selling weapons to warlords and dictators in various conflict zones. He is pursued by an Interpol agent, Jack Hulane (Elias Koteas), who aims to put an end to Yuri's illegal activities.
