By day, Lilian maintains her paraplegic mother's welfare as a devoted secretary to Daniel, a powerful businessman who holds her job hostage to his unwanted advances. By night, she transforms into "Lilian, the Dirty," prowling nightclubs for isolated men. Her modus operandi remains chillingly consistent: luring them in with false promises, then brutally exacting vengeance. A red rose placed upon their lifeless bodies serves as her signature, alongside the haunting inscription: "Lilian, the Dirty."
