Let Her Out follows Helen, a bike courier who suffers a traumatic accident. As the tumor grows, Helen begins to experience strange blackouts, hallucinations, and night terrors. As Helen's mental state deteriorates, she acts out in psychotic episodes influenced by her evil twin, posing a danger to herself and her best friend, Molly.
