Photojournalist Emanuelle travels around Europe attempting to interview an elusive gangster. During her journey, she observes a man pushing a girl in a wheelchair through an airport and later sees them together again with the girl now walking. Intrigued by this inconsistency, Emanuelle investigates and uncovers an organization involved in trafficking young women for prostitution. She decides to infiltrate the operation but soon realizes that extracting herself from the dangerous situation could jeopardize her career and even her life.
