A young couple moves into a new rental home and invites friends over for a housewarming party. They are persuaded by their sinister landlord to use an Ouija board. Unbeknownst to them, this unleashes the murderous spirit of a demonic nun who was possessed by a demon in life and forced to do its bidding in death. The nun returns to torment the couple and their friends.

The movie centers around an unsuspecting group of young adults who inadvertently release a malevolent force while attempting to liven up their new home with a séance. This demonic nun, bound to serve the devil eternally for her sins in life, wreaks havoc on the group as they struggle to survive her wrath.
