Geschichte
In El Hierro, the most remote island of the Canary Archipelago, a murder has occurred. Candela, an experienced judge with a strong character, arrives to instruct the case as she takes up her position on the island where she feels like an outsider. The abrupt and changing landscape of the island is home to a close-knit community where secrets are hard to keep. Everyone believes Diaz, a shady local businessman, is the murderer, but Candela is determined to find the truth and prove Diaz's innocence if he is not guilty.
