High school students Rickie and JT sneak into an abandoned hospital where they discover a naked woman chained to a table, seemingly dead but still alive. They decide not to report their finding and instead return daily to interact with her. Meanwhile, other teenagers start noticing the boys' strange behavior and become curious about the girl's identity. The situation escalates when JT starts raping the girl while she remains immobile due to her condition. Rickie struggles with his conscience over JT's actions but is afraid of losing their friendship. Eventually, a group of classmates confronts JT and Rickie, leading to violent consequences.
