Country Cuzzins follows the story of Cousin Prudence, a young woman living in Los Angeles who returns to her family's homestead in the mountains for a family reunion. Initially put off by her relatives' hillbilly ways, she eventually embraces their lifestyle and participates in a chicken-chasing competition after being loosened up by some of their homemade moonshine. Upon winning, she invites them all to visit her in Los Angeles. The family accepts the invitation and travels to Pru's mansion, bringing along a piglet and a goat, leading to unexpected chaos.
